CNU-Florida 2008 Statewide Meeting

Global Climate Change: Florida Solutions

Rollins College, Winter Park , Florida
Thursday, January 24 - Friday, January 25, 2008

Message from the CNU Florida Chapter Chair

The fourth annual CNU Florida Statewide Meeting was a great success with over 120 participants.

This year’s Statewide Meeting brings home CNU National’s message "New Urbanism is the convenient solution to the inconvenient truth."

An essential element of the state chapter s annual activities, this Statewide Meeting seeks to bridge the gap between the annual CNU national Congress and the regional group gatherings that have occurred regularly throughout Florida.

Furthermore, the Statewide Meeting is an opportunity for CNU members from around the state to come together to discuss issues of regional or statewide concern, to learn about the latest ideas, findings and projects, and to network.
