ULI 2007 Vision Awards-Call for Nominations-Project of the Year
CNU Florida members are encouraged to enter their projects in the ULI 2007 Vision Awards for the ULI Southeast Florida/Caribbean District. You do not need to be ULI members, the focus will be on projects (not firms or individuals like last year). You can review the call for nomination details below, but the basic criteria include:

• the project must be located within the counties of Monroe, Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie or Indian River, or in Puerto Rico.
• The project must be in stable operation, financially viable, and worthy of emulation.
• The project must embody excellence in one or more of the District Council's 2007-2008 priorities:
• Housing for the 21st Century
• Green and sustainable communities
• Public/private cooperation
