A Day of Inspiration at Windsor, Vero Beach, July 26, 2007

Thank you to all who attended A Day of Inspiration and helped make it a success. Much gratitude goes to Windsor and Windsor’s founders Hilary and W. Galen Weston. Thank you for welcoming us into your community and your sponsorship.

Over 100 people took advantage of the opportunity to get an exclusive peek at Windsor. Dana Little, the Treasure Coast Regional representative for CNU FL, welcomed all. Luis Van Cotthem, Director of Planning at Windsor gave an overview of Windsor and gave participants a walking tour.

Scott Merrill explained his thoughts and philosophies of Windsor. Scott was involved with Windsor from its inception in the early 1980’s – well before the Congress New Urbanism became a national movement. Windsor was the next NU project after Seaside. Exclusivity aside, Windsor offers much to the NU, for New Ubanists continually evolve and refine their skills.
